Wilfred Daye is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of leadership at the intersection of Wall Street and digital innovation. As Chief Strategy Officer of MFH, he spearheads global expansion and digital asset adoption. In his role as CEO of Chaince Securities, an MFH subsidiary, Mr. Daye leads investment banking initiatives and capital formation.

 

Previously, he served as CEO of Securitize Capital, where he advanced private equity tokenization solutions for KKR and Hamilton Lane. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Enigma Securities, OKCoin Securities, and OKCoin.

 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Daye specialized in structured credit at UBS, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and D.B. Zwirn, beginning his journey at Lehman Brothers.

 

He holds a Diploma in Private Equity from Oxfords Saïd Business School, an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Claremont Graduate University, and is a CAIA charterholder.

Patrick Harris

Patrick Harris brings over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in legal, compliance, and operational leadership. Prior to joining Chaince Securities, LLC as Chief Compliance Officer, Pat served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Risk Management for Wealth Management Americas at Deutsche Bank.

 

He also held a similar leadership role at Citi Private Bank in the U.S., and previously served as Associate General Counsel and the inaugural Global Head of AML Compliance at Goldman Sachs.

 

Pat earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard College and holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the Bar in New York.

Michele Silvestro

Michele A. Silvestro serves as the Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) at Chaince Securities, LLC. She brings extensive experience in financial oversight and regulatory compliance across the brokerage industry.

 

Prior to joining Chaince, Michele held FINOP roles at several prominent firms, including Securitize Markets, LLC, Bosonic Securities, LLC, and Mercury Investment Services, LLC. In these roles, she managed critical functions such as financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations. Michele is recognized for her operational efficiency and deep understanding of financial infrastructure within regulated environments.
